HEPCA to distribute recycled bags in markets

In accordance to the Red Sea Governorate decree no. 167 for year 2019 to ban single use plastic in the Red Sea to protect the marine life and human health, HEPCA took the initiative to distribute a number of recycled bags to consumers in front of the vegetables and fruits market in Dahar as a first step, to be followed by covering most of the vital areas within the city such as shopping malls, mega markets, etc
