HEPCA's Mooring System Expands into Sinai

HEPCA is excited to announce that we have expanded our mooring system into the Sinai region with 70 new moorings in Sharm el Sheikh. It pleases us greatly that such an important tourism hub-spot has now adopted our mooring strategy - the largest mooring system in the world! This initiative is an important milestone for the Sinai region and the dawning of a new sustainable future for this world-renowned tourism destination. The initiative also shows that the Sinai community gives precedence to environmental protection and is eager to mobilize when it comes to conserving our resources. Thank you Sinai for this amazing achievement and we hope it won’t be the last! HEPCA believes strongly in the concept of technology transfer and is currently working as the implementing partner for a pioneering project to install sustainable mooring systems and train others in their use and maintenance throughout the whole of the Red Sea region. This highly significant project aims to spread a best practice mooring culture throghout the Red Sea region and includes such countries as Djibouti, Jordan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen. HEPCA looks forward to contributing this positive technology transfer amongst neighboring countries and communities in support of the growing environmental consciousness throughout our region. انظمة حبال الرباط ( الشمندورات ) تمتد الى سيناء يسعد الجمعية اعلان قيامها بتوسيع نطاق استخدام انظمة الرباط ( الشمندورات ) الى منطقة سيناء من خلال تركيب 70 شمندورة فى مدينة شرم الشيخ ، و يزيد من ساعدتنا ان تتبنى مدينة شرم الشيخ بعتبارها احد اهم المراكز السياحية احد اهم و اكبر انظمة الحفاظ على الشعاب المرجانية الموجود بالعالم و تعد هذه المبادرة خطوة هامة بالنسبة لمنطقة سيناء و بزوغ فجر مستقبل جديد و مستدام لهذه الوجهة السياحية ذات الشهرة العالمية ، و تأتى هذه المبادرة لتبين ايضا ان المجتمع بالمنطقة يعطى الاسبقية لحماية البيئة و كذا حرصه على التحرك عندما يتعلق الامر بالحفاظ على مواردنا الطبيعية نتوجه بالشكر لسيناء على هذا الانجاز و نتمنى المزيد من النجاحات و تعتقد الجمعية بقوة فى مفهوم نقل التكنولوجيا ، و نعمل حاليا كشريك تنفيذى لمشروعات تثبيت انظمة الرباط و تدريب الاخرين على استخدامها و صيانتها فى كل انحاء اقليم البحر الاحمر، و تاتى اهمية هذا المشروع فى نشر ثقافة استخدام انظمة الرباط فى دول حوض البحر الاحمر مثل جيبوتى ، الاردن ، المملكة العربية السعودية ، الصومال ، السودان و اليمن و تتطلع هيبكا الى مزيد من الاسهامات الايجابية فى هذا المجال بين الدول المجاورة و المجتمعات المحلية لدعم تزايد الوعى البيئى فى جميع انحاء المنطقة
